Coal is primarily used as fuel in coal power plants to generate electricity. The heat produced by the combustion of the coal is used to convert water into high-pressure steam, which drives a turbine, which produces electricity.
WAM Thailand sold several ZQ Large Capacity Telescopic Loading Bellows to a service company that offers pollution control and renewable energy solutions.
The equipment, manufactured by WAMGROUP
©, is being used by a group of energy companies whose core business is generating and supplying electricity.
The ZQ Loading Bellows are used to load coal in stockpiles before being transferred into the power plant. Loading Bellows are the perfect solution for high capacity, dust-free loading of stockpiles thanks to their special bottom skirt design. They are equipped with internal cones for perfect channelling of the material flow and external bellows for dust extraction. The units can be connected to a central dust collector on site via a lateral flanged spigot.
Various chute and fabrication materials are available according to the material handled, as well as a control panel with wireless remote control.
